A New Shower tray and screen installation
All finished. New Tray, pipework and screen installed. Ceramic wall tiling made good. New sealant and trims. A happy customer! ☕
All secure - a new floor area, strong and ready for our new tray to be installed. The existing waste pipe was adjusted to suit the new shower trap outlet position.
The Solution. I installed new treated timber joists and bearers to support new floor boards over the affected area. Not a traditional plumbing job but occasionally you have to go the extra mile to get the job done. (and cheaper for the client not to have to get a chippy in).
The Problem. Timber joists and floor boards decayed under the old shower tray. This was all removed and treated.

Replacing the Thermostatic Radiator valves (TRV's) and lock shield valves on 20 radiators including draining down and re filling and balancing the system, removing air and adding inhibitor to the central heating system
